Frequently asked questions

For manufacturers, brands and exporters entering the Israeli market.

Do I need to open a company in Israel to sell my products?

No. We act as your local importer of record and distributor, so you can sell in Israel without establishing a local entity, warehouse or team.

Who is the importer of record?

We are. We handle the legal import, customs clearance at Haifa or Ashdod, duties and 18% VAT, and all documentation — under our local registration.

Is a CE mark enough to sell in Israel?

Often not. Many products require approval to the Israeli Standard (SII / ת״י), which is separate from CE. We map the required standards, arrange approvals and prepare mandatory Hebrew labeling.

What products do you work with?

Consumer and trade goods such as lighting and electronics, home and furniture, textiles, building materials and general merchandise. Tell us your category and we'll confirm fit and the regulatory path.

How does pricing and your fee work?

It depends on the model — distribution, exclusive representation, or logistics-and-compliance only. We agree on transparent commercial terms up front, with no hidden costs.

Can I get exclusivity for the Israeli market?

Yes. Exclusive representation is one of our working models — we become your dedicated partner for Israel and build the brand locally, subject to agreed performance terms.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

It varies by product and model. We work with both large volumes and pilot quantities to test the market — let's discuss what fits your case.

How long does market entry take?

It depends mainly on standards/approvals for your product category. Logistics and customs are fast (clearance typically 48–72 hours); regulatory approvals can take a few weeks. We give you a clear timeline up front.

Who owns the relationship with the Israeli customers?

This is defined in the agreement and depends on the model. Under distribution or exclusive representation we manage the local buyers as your partner; terms are transparent and agreed in advance.
